Hi I'm Steve Woods, from Oak Grove Missouri and I’m an avid outdoorsman. I have enjoyed deer hunting, turkey hunting, upland game hunting along with waterfowling and retriever training.
Back in the 70's, I was an avid tourney fisherman and won the 1985 Pepsi Cola Classic before the big money it is today. I spent hours upon hours on the Winnepeg river guiding in the summer months. My main passion, besides my family, is waterfowling due to my physical challenges. That is where I got the name Hoppy. I can not think of a better way to relax from the stresses of my regular job as a trauma nurse than to sit with my extended family members Chuck, Brian, Mike and the rest of Flocked-N-Locked whom I am a staff member. I have two sons, a daughter and grandchildren that I love and take extreme pride in and have dreams of passing along a long legacy of the outdoors. I also wish to play a part in sharing what I have learned throughout the years to other youths, for this is my war on violence and drugs. I remember the Shriner’s Hospital taking their time out for me so that I may be able to walk no matter how funny it looked and enjoy racing dirt bikes, hunting, fishing, well as the ability to be a retriever trainer. So basically, my goal is to help afford other youth with what has been given to me.  Last but not least, I would like to thank my wife Karen for sharing my time with my passions and putting up with my early morning rises and listening to my outdoor stories time and time again.
